   When database does not exist:
   Notice: Use of undefined constant DB_USER - assumed 'DB_USER' in C:\Server\Apache\htdocs\wpqi\installer.php(5) : eval()'d code on line 32

   On the install-options step:
   Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in C:\Server\Apache\htdocs\wpqi\installer.php(5) : eval()'d code on line 55

   Warning: array_filter() [function.array-filter]: The first argument should be an array in C:\Server\Apache\htdocs\wpqi\installer.php(5) : eval()'d code on line 55

   On clicking "Install WordPress" on the install-options-check page, the form submits, but the installer does not progress.

   (Also, you spelt "Feature Requests" wrong for the forum name. :P)

   The DB_USER errors are related to WordPress, I've got a ticket open upstream: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/10293

   As for the other Warnings.. I'm not sure what would be causing them, Other than the API timing out, Which is entirely possible.

   The simplest way to test is to run off a SVN Checkout, and run the installer.php file directly, it means no eval() code is being run which is much simpler to test. (Of course, occasionally the build script will cause an error..)

   I was after smallest size, So its Gzip compressed (Which means it has to be base64/eval)

   I'll be making available a Minimized version (not Compressed, just spaces/etc removed, So it wont require eval/base64) available once i get around to re-doing the download page.

   Gzip compressed: ~70KB
   Minimized: ~250KB
   Full: ~600KB (Note this version is some 14,000 lines long)

   Ah, right, gzip compression. I was wondering why one would use base 64 encoding, when it often makes strings larger.

   Yeah.. I dont think you can put the output of Gzip compression into a PHP Var without it..

   Unless you can use <<<EOF; EOF; style input.. I'll have to try that.

   When I try to use installer.php, I get that :

   Notice: Undefined variable: step in /homepages/37/d188889042/htdocs/lwpc/installer.php(5) : eval()'d code on line 22

   The php version installed on the server is 4.4.9

   Are you using the Beta or latest nightly?

   I'd suggest ignoring the beta altogether.. infact, i'm adding a notice to that effect to the downloads now.
